Part of Cityglen Pub Co., we are the heart of West Norwood, located adjacent to platform 1 of West Norwood train station.
 
 
Whichever is your Sport of choice, no better place to watch, than with us!!!
 
The England football team have given us a few weeks of great tournament football, sadly that has come to an end, but we still have the Lions Tour 2021.  We'll be showing all the action across our screens.  
Select 'Sports' when booking & we'll make sure you have a great view of a screen.
 
ABOUT THE GREAT NORTH WOOD

Since 1864, we have been a place for The West Norwood community to gather, socialise and relax. Today, the purpose of our pub remains exactly the same! Pop in for a quick drink in our beer garden, a Sunday roast with the family and the dog, or a light bite on a week night. 
  
Our kitchen's attitude is to cook British pub classics, unadulterated and delicious. Pop in for a light bite on a pleasant afternoon or join us for dinner on a date night. We also cater for little tummies too with our children's menu.

As you know our pubs are temporarily closed in line with Government guidance; this being one of the measures taken to combat the coronavirus and to protect staff and customers.

We would also like to thank all the NHS staff for their extremely hard work over this difficult and challenging period and offer our condolences to those who have lost loved ones during this time. This is a challenging time for all of us and we don’t yet know what the future holds.
