About Our Chefs
Our chefs all met when they trained together at Leiths School of Food & Wine. Since then they’ve worked at some of London’s finest restaurants including Terroirs, Racine and The Glasshouse, Kew Gardens.
They have all reunited at The Great North Wood, which is pretty exciting (for them… and everyone else)!
WHAT'S MAKING US HAPPY
Brindisa and their insane Perello gordal olives.
Their name comes from the Spanish word “Brindis”, the act of raising your glass in celebration. We’ll raise a glass of Manzilla to their olives. ¡Qué Aproveche!
